For this assignment, I took a critical eye to a small business’s website. In addition to analyzing the site’s writing, layout, and navigation, I created two user personas to help assess whether or not the website was meeting the needs of its users. The Poppin’ Joe’s Content Strategy Guide was an excellent way to demonstrate my knowledge of web content best practice. Having a solid content strategy is key to engaging customers, and this assignment proves I can do just that. I analyzed the website against competitors’ as well as provided recommendations for site and social media content.
Website Usability Report
For this report, I conducted primary research on a website’s usability. This involved interviewing and analyzing three subjects’ experiences navigating a website and making recommendations based on their feedback.
